The Manor's restaurant is located in the Great Hall. The elegant and majestic room with two corner fireplaces and restored Baroque ceiling, has a wonderful view of the lake and the ancient park.
The restaurant's concept is to combine modern urban culinary perfection with old country cooking traditions, respecting the season and making the most of fresh local ingredients. Fresh produce is sourced from local farmers, while herbs come from the Manor's own organic garden. The bread served on the estate is baked according to an ancient recipe in a wood-fired oven. Our chefs offer dishes based on availability and seasonality. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know and we will be happy to provide an alternative.
