Pub "MEKE"
The 51st km of the Riga-Ainaži highway, where the peace of the countryside meets the hustle and bustle of the international highway, is the only roadside pub in Latvia, and probably in the entire Baltic, which is set up in a log cabin.
Visitors to the pub "Meke" are welcome for a warm breakfast and the best coffee in Northern Vidzeme. Opening hours can be extended if necessary. Please book your table in advance.
We prepare Latvian dishes using local products from the countryside.
Alcoholic beverages include our own brandy "Āža blējiens".
In summer, meals can be enjoyed in the apple garden for up to 60 people.
Separate house for banquets, seminars and parties for up to 50 persons. We accept orders for catering on outings.

Next to the pub "Sidrabiņi", there is a meat processing factory, which produces its own smoked meat products - smoked breast, smoked chop, marinated and smoked chicken, chicken roll, chicken gyros, pork back chop, homemade sausages etc.

The Munchausen Museum brings back memories of the incredible adventures of Colonel Hieronymus Karl Friedrich Baron von Munchausen. The museum features extraordinary exhibits - weapons, hunting trophies and, of course, a wax figure of Munchausen himself.

The longest aspen boardwalk in Europe. The path is located in the North Vidzeme Biosphere Reserve and leads through the Vidzeme marsh forest, which is the only protected nature area of its kind in Latvia. The path is supplemented with various objects and figures related to the theme of Baron Munchausen.
