Winery "Vidusgrūbas"
At the "Vidusgrūbas" winery, both semi-sweet and semi-dry wines are produced.
The wines are made from berries grown on the farm – redcurrants, blackcurrants, cherries, raspberries, rhubarb, apples – as well as forest treasures like blueberries, cranberries, lingonberries, and dandelion blossoms.
"Vidusgrūbas" winery is located in Vidriži Parish, Limbaži Municipality.
Daina Jankova began winemaking in 2018, and today the selection includes a wide variety of wines.
The winery also produces distilled homemade wine – vodka, cranberry vodka (40%) and raspberry liqueur (20%).
Products can be purchased at the farm or ordered via Omniva parcel terminals.

The farm has 80 milking goats, and the milk is turned into a variety of delicious treats – some of them quite unconventional.
For example, lemon or nut cheese, and sweet curd balls with honey, sea buckthorn, and mint.
