"Bute"

BUTE offers its customers fish caught from the Latvian coast and the Salaca River.
Produce is available in a variety of packaging, both fresh and processed in our own production unit. Centuries-old traditional recipes are used to process the fish. Products range from herring to the delicacy of fried lampreys in jelly. Orders are taken on Mondays from 9:00 to 12:00. Fish is smoked on Wednesdays.
