Produce in Salacgrīva
The company smokes bacon, pork loin, chops, makes salted bacon with garlic and other delicacies.
Meat is supplied by local pig farmers. Bread is also baked - rye bread, seed bread and sweet and sour bread. The yeast is preserved for baking the bread, so no yeast is used to make the dough. All products are E-free and chemical-free.
