A journey into the world of beef flavours at "Grill House Pernigele"
"Grill House Pernigele'' invites you on an exciting journey into the world of beef flavours. The variety of beef flavours is full of interesting details.
"Grill House Pernigele" will introduce you to the components of beef, teach you how to identify quality meat, how to use specific cuts of meat, their differences, and how to prepare them. The "Grill House Pernigele" team will explain which beef parts can be eaten raw, compare how the taste changes with grilling time, the different types of steaks and their differences, what meat marbling is and how it occurs, what aging meat means, and why it is necessary.
During the event, you will be introduced to various beef dishes prepared to different levels – from raw to slow-cooked for several hours – allowing you to experience the nuances of flavor, appreciate the taste and aroma of truly juicy and tender meat, and sample several cuts of beef that are not available in regular markets. Both in winter and summer, "Grill House Pernigele" prepares dishes on a special charcoal grill, which gives them a unique taste and aroma while preserving the high nutritional value of the meat. The meal will be complemented with freshly grilled vegetables, oven-baked potatoes, and specially selected wines and non-alcoholic beverages. During the event, you will also have the opportunity to prepare a beef burger from farm-raised and aged beef. And, of course, to end, a special, guest-favorite dessert from the chef!

Individual group bookings starting from 15 people are possible;
