Holiday house "Viļķenes Dārziņi"
"Viļķenes Dārziņi" is a cozy retreat for a family or a couple.
On the ground floor of the house, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a shower, and a small sauna.
Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bedroom (with a large double bed and a pull-out corner sofa) and an additional bathroom.
Next to the house is a small pond, surrounded by a well-maintained and beautiful landscape. Further on – forest, and the village of Viļķene is just 1 km away.
The property includes a children's playground, a bird collection, and rabbits.
As in any real countryside home, you’ll also meet other animals – especially the cheerful Bernese Mountain Dog girl who greets all guests with joy.
The owners' house is located at a distance, ensuring privacy. We aim to welcome every guest like a friend and make sure they feel comfortable and well cared for.

Built in 1867 with funding from the city of Riga. The church was constructed in the Neo-Gothic round-arch style – with round-arched roof windows. Architect Johann Daniel Felsko (1813–1902) – a long-time city architect of Riga.

The stone is coarse-grained, reddish granite. The stone's diameter is 1.15-1.20 m. The diameter of the bowl carved in the center is 35 cm, with a depth of 15-22 cm. In earlier times, there were pastures around the stone.
