Limbaži Dūņezers

Limbaži Dūņezers stretches along the western border of Limbaži in a north–south direction. The lake is popular among anglers and tourists looking to escape the city noise and immerse themselves in the tranquility of nature.

At the southern end of Dūņezers, there is a public boat dock. Along the western shore and in other hard-to-reach areas, local anglers have created access paths with small piers and places to tie boats.

Licensed fishing is organized in Dūņezers. In addition to a valid fishing, crayfishing, or spearfishing card, you will need a fishing license. Licenses can be purchased at www.manacope.lv.
