We take pride in our high-quality products sourced from Latvian organic farms. Our steaks, vegetables, and dairy products come from trusted local farms. For example, SILU farm provides organic potatoes from Ainaži, fresh berries, and other vegetables, while the LATANGUS cattle farm in Madona supplies us with always fresh steaks and meat products. The grill bar also smokes its own pork belly and chicken, prepares aromatic herb butters, and boasts a wide range of pastries.

On Saturday evenings, "Karstdzimis" offers live music nights, which you can enjoy with a refreshing glass of cold beer or a sophisticated cocktail.

We have also thought of the children – right behind the grill bar, there is a spacious playground with slides, carousels, playhouses, swings, and a trampoline. While sitting on the terrace and enjoying the pleasant musical atmosphere, you can watch the children's joy and play through the glass windbreaks.
