The Bārda Family Memorial Museum "Rumbiņi" preserves the memory of three significant figures in Latvian culture – the poet Fricis Bārda, Paulīna Bārda, and Antons Bārda.
The preserved 19th-20th century peasant homestead buildings and household items hold evidence of the life of the inhabitants of this homestead. Together with the beautiful surrounding nature – forests, hills, and birch groves – they provide an insight into the environment where the poets lived and drew inspiration for their creativity.
"Rumbiņi" is a place to visit for both literature and history enthusiasts, as well as those seeking positive emotions while being in nature.
